Birthday Parties
The Ajax Riding Academy offers two-hour horseback riding parties for ten people, including half-hour lessons in riding and grooming, access to a private party room, and riding helmets. Bring the whole family or sign up the kids (ages 5 to 13 can participate without parental supervision; children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult), and enjoy state-of-the-art riding facility that's equipped for both serious riding students and casual riders. We can accommodate large teams, up to a maximum of 20. Food, candy, fun books, photos, and lesson coupons will all be available for purchase. Round up the herd for a day of horseplay the whole family can enjoy.
Riding Lessons
We offer group, private and semi private lessons. There are no more then 4 people in a group lesson. We have 18 well trained school horses, that vary in degree of difficulty and skills.
Lessons are provided all year, from beginner to advanced levels. Instruction in Hunter/Jumper, Dressage and Cross Country riding is provided by qualified staff.
We have a state of the art riding facility that includes security cameras and 24/7 monitoring of all riding lessons, lockers and barns for your safety.
Our facility includes an administrative office, indoor heated washroom, an exclusive full leasing and boarding barn with 20 large boxstalls and private feedroom and tackroom just off our main indoor arena.
Our schooling barn is also attached to our indoor arena with 19 stalls of its own for our lesson horses. The schooling barn is equipped with tack for all our lesson horses as well as plenty of different sized saddles.
We also have a large outdoor sand ring, second indoor arena and a full set of hunter and jumper jumps as well as a few cross country jumps. Heated viewing rooms are provided for both indoor arenas.
