400 Swim is an aquatic school based in the greater Toronto area. We strive to deliver excellent service by creating small class sizes that allow for more one on one attention. With over 10 years teaching Lifesaving Society programming, individual attention has been the key to our students' success in mastering each skill requirement.
The Preschool swim program (A to E) is Lifesaving Society's fun and interactive program that introduces children to swimming and water safety.
The preschool swim program (A to E) is suitable for ages 3 to 5 years.
Lifesaving Society's Swimmer program (levels 1 to 6) teaches water safety and swimming techniques. With small instructional groups we maximize skill development and swimming performance.
Swimmer program (levels 1 to 6) is suitable for 5 years and up.
Build your endurance and beat the clock! Learn how to improve any stroke or even how to swim for the first time! From beginner to advanced swimmers, Adult Swimmer (101 to 301) is tailored programming for anyone who wants to be a better swimmer.
Adult Swimmer (101 to 301) is suitable for those ages 16 years and up
The Advanced Courses that 400 Swim offer includes: Patrol levels (Rookie, Ranger, Star), etc.
