We just did my daughter's Bat Mitzvah at Playdium in Mississauga. Without a doubt, Alice Lee the assistant general manager, was PHENOMENAL!!!! She went above and beyond expectations and worked her butt off to make sure the event went well. We had some last minute situations and she helped us through it. The event was the most successful Bat Mitzvah many have ever been to and was fun for the both the kids and the adults. Had a blast.

We had my son's 9th birthday party at playdium on April 23, 2010, and it was perfect for that age group/gender. Lots of variety in the games/activities for the kids to do what they liked best during the game time. Our hostess was very friendly and accomodating. I would suggest that for younger kids, parents should probably arrange to bring a few other responsible adults (or ask a few parents to stay) to shadow kids or pairs of kids as they run around, as the place is pretty big, and when parents come to pick up, it can take a while to locate the kids. Overall a very positive experience - feedback from our party guests was unanimous - they had lots of fun!

The kids had a great time at Playdium. The room was clean and available on time. The crew was helpful to us and the kids (12 boys 7-10 and one girl 11)
The food was very good although we had to ask for it to make sure we had it before the time in the room was up. The kids LOVED the games and went home very tired. My family left after about 3 hours there so they had alot of fun and we got our moneys worth.

I decided to have my son's 6th birthday party at Playdium for a number or reasons but mainly because it was close to home and it is something my son really enjoys. This was the first birth day party where I had allowed him to invite 8 of his friends from school so I was very nerveous about the set up and the timing of things, having to look after 8 6 year olds etc. The staff at playdium were excellent at keeping me informed without making me feel like I wasn't in control of the party. My son's party was a success and most importantly stress free. I am very happy with the service from both the events coordinator who was very efficient and helpful to our host.

Highly recommended. Other than bring our own cake (can also purchase one from Playdium) absolutely nothing to think or worry about on day of event for eight 12-year-olds. Samantha took care of everything! Playdium had arrangements already in place for quick, efficient handling of coats, late arrivals, refrigeration of cake, quick food delivery even with kids selecting differing food options, lost card procedures, quick booking and payment process, etc. etc. etc.

My son Steven had his birthday party Sat Feb 27/10 at 10:30am. We were unsure about having is so early in the morning but the boys had a wonder
time. They could play whatever games they wanted without waiting. The boys were able to start their play session all together on the Indy 500 before they all went in different directions. The staff were very helpfull in making this a great party. Thank you.

We were told to arrive 15 minutes before our scheduled time, and we were. Unfortunately, though, the host was late, which meant getting to the room late and rushing through our meal because then the food took twice as long to arrive as promised. The food, one it arrived, was cold (I didn't expect a fancy feast, but warm food was expected) and there was no ketchup (refill the bowls between parties, please - I'm sure ketchup is the most-used condiment). The only plus was that the host was entertaining, but had way too much on his plate to properly attend to us. We even cleaned up the garbage from the meal. I wouldn't book an event here again.

I love about Playdium is that it is soooo easy to book a party, show up and not have to worry about all the fuss. The hostess was super friendly (alot of the guests commented on her personality) and was eager to help make the party super easy for us. The only negative feedback I have is the fact that to purchase drinks while downstairs in the play area, we had to wait almost 20 minutes and there were only 2 people in front of us. It was the worst service ever in 3 years! Additionally, we have a little baby and not having a change area in the upstairs washroom made it a little inconvient not only for me but some of our guests.

Our host, Mario was amazing. He noticed that the boys were anxious, so he expedited the food. He arranged for a magic show while they waited for the cake. You have a great system with the bag at the front door holding the coats & loot bags.

The kids had a fabulous time at my daughter's 9th birthday party on Sunday February 21st 11:45. The choice of burger/fries, hotdog/fries or pizza is a great idea. It was a nice option for those who like something different. The Playdium cake was delicious and our hostess Ruby was very accommodating. The huge selection of games on the floor kept everyone very happy (including the adults). We didn't hear a single "I'm bored". Some of the kids went through their credits very quickly so I had my own card to swipe for tokens to keep them in supply. The only difficulty we had was to keep tabs on all the children as the place is so big and the kids move fast. Fortunately, some of the parents hung around to help out...something I would recommend with groups of younger children.

I was pleasantly surprised with the room's decor and diligence of the staff and their friendly yet professional demeanor. The hostesses in our room went above and beyond my expectations and I thank them for their courtesy and extensive help.
The only thing that was lacking was how the pizza was served. I had originally asked if I needed to bring my own plates, and the response was no. And later the pizza was served on triangular cardboard plates even to the adults. I would have been happy to bring my own plates.
However, the overall experience was fantastic and I thank you for making my son's birthday so special.

We planned our first visit to Playdium for our son's 8th birthday party. The party contact person who took care my reservation was very accommodating and prompt to answer my questions by both e-mail and telephone.
Our party room hostess was great with the children and served our meals very quickly and efficiently. We loved that there were so many meal choices.
I would recommend the Playdium for a birthday party, the only thing I would change was to bring along another adult or two...we had three adults for nine kids, I think for my own peace of mind I would have had at least one more adult. Eight year old boys can go in nine directions very quickly!

Benjamin Lee celebrated his 10th birthday on Feb 14 at 11:45a. He and his friends had a great time. The entire process was very simple and the Playdium staff took great care of us. We asked that the food be ready at 11:50 and it showed up right on time. The room was decorated quite nicely and the staff was always standing nearby to assist.
Once the playcards were given out, the kids all ran down to the arcade and had a blast. We had a couple of issues with cards being misplaced but they were really quick to help out with replacements..
Overall, we had a great time and would recommend having a party at Playdium to anyone.

We found the facility fast and efficient. Dealing with 22 energetic teenagers is always a handful. I found that the young lady who was our hostess was fantastic. She seemed to read the mood of the kids. As they would start to get a little ansy she would take the next step.
1. Get them seated. before they got too bored the food started coming
2. The cake. As the food was going away and the tempo picked up again, the cake came
3. Token cards. As soon as the kids started getting a little too active for the room she came in with the tokens.
Where we were, allowed us as parents/Chaperones to see over most of the games area in order to keep an eye on many at once.
Once they were playing they were great.
We would do this again. The kids had a great time.

The staff there was great. They promptly served the food, and had everything flowing at a good rate. After the party room, we were given the cards to go down and play. Everyone had a great time. Our age group of kids varied from 4 to 15, and there were games for all age groups, everyone had a blast. I find it stressful when you have kids of different age groups because most place cater to a particular age group, so some kids get really bored. But this place had plenty for everyone, making it a good choice when you have the range of ages. It was a bit pricey, but well worth the money.

I hosted my son's 7th birthday party on Dec 20th, 09. Overall it was a good exprience. The kids had a lot of fun and our host was excellent. He responded to our requests immediately and was very cordial and pleasant. The appearance of a magician was a pleasant surprise as it was not mentioned in the package.
Few things that were a damper was the room decoration. The room was very plain and it did not give a feeling of a party room. Besides few balloons on the chairs, the walls were totally empty. Even the party plates, cups were white. Colorful or printed cups could have been great for kids parties.

I want to thank everyone involved from the greeters at the door and our party room attendant. Rita helped keep the party moving, brought our food & drinks in a timely fashion (always asking me when the next step should be done) She helped with the ice cream cake that I brought including singing happy birthday! However the step I most appreciated was bringing a hockey bag for all the coats & taking it to the front desk and bringing me a receipt of all the cards in case 1 got lost! Nice touches! I actually enjoyed my chicken wings watching the Raptor game while the boys played there games! Good job!

We very much enjoy our time at the Playdium and have taken our sons and their friends there several times for Birthday parties.
We drive 90 minutes in order to take them but we have never been disappointed.
Some suggestions are: get there early when they open and you can have greater access to the various games and if using the credit type cards ensure the children play the games before they go after the ticket awarded prize games as their credits will be eaten up very fast and it could be costly.

What a great event from beginning to end! Diana Crossman was a great saleswoman and attended to all our needs right from the first call. The kids had a great time, they truly enjoyed their loot bags, and the cake was amazing. I would bring the kids back throughout the year to enjoy the arcades, the go-karts and the mini golf. My two other children have already requested we book their parties at Playdium this year.
Great job-would recommend to all!!

Very helpful sales staff made the process very easy. Friendly servers and really cool birthday party room (all glass). Very competitive pricing. Kids had a blast and loved the amazing games. Definitely will be back.

Everyone had a great time, so many activities and games to choose from, noone wanted to leave. Amazing value..Staff were so helpful. Will host any upcoming parties for sure.

Everything from start to finish was wonderful!!! The entire group, both parents and kids had a great time,the food and atmosphere was perfect, staff was awesome and great value for our money!!! I will definately book again, it was so easy and convenient!
