My daughter Fiona's party was simply delightful. We have just emigrated to Toronto from Ireland and Fiona wanted to impress her new girlfriends with a special birthday party. We went with One Of A Kind Children's Parties mainly because the reviews were spectacular and we do not regret our decision. Stephanie hosted the diva festivities and she lived up to the reviews and then some. The diva party she delivered was just lovely. The girls were happy and calm the entire time and she just dazzled them with her energy and enthusiasm. What a neat little company. We have 3 other children and we plan on utilizing their services for each and every one of them. Well done!

My son's Star Wars party was a fantastic success, and apparently the kids were still excited about it at school on Monday- one of his teachers told me! The kids had a ball...and as we were finally packing up the car, Soldano told us that he is "the luckiest boy there ever was...on any planet :)" I think that says it all!!! I certainly intend to hire you guys again for at least one of my boys, and recommend you, of course. Please give a big thanks from us to Ashley and her fellow Jedis!

Stephanie hosted my daughter's fabulous dance star party last weekend and it was amazing! My daughter and her friends were having so much fun. They loved everything from the make up and nails to the dance warm up to the dance routine. The dress up and fashion show was really cute and Stephanie had a large variety of fun finds for the girls to choose from and she also had tons of options for the "tom-boys" and my daughter's male guests. I was really happy with Stephanie's professionalism and energy level. She related well to all the girl's personalities and she was so sweet and approachable. We are hoping to hire her again for our younger daughter's princess party.

Stephanie and Janelle hosted my daughter’s diva party in December and my daughter was simply thrilled by the entire experience. These ladies were on fire! They came with boundless energy and were organized and extremely professional. It was very appealing to my husband and I that Stephanie’s team is comprised of experienced teachers. This was evident in their mannerisms and their natural comfort level with the girls. They managed “caddy behaviour and attitude” with ease and they related well to all the girls. The activities were tasteful and age appropriate. I did not see the smile on my daughter’s face diminish at any point. What a lovely team of women. We were extremely happy with the services we received and plan to use them again. Just a side note- it is difficult to get in touch with them via phone. I realize they all work full time. Email correspondences was how I was able to get the quickest and most immediate replies. However, they are very accommodating and willing to chat via phone. Just be prepared for a game of phone tag or two! Regardless, it is worth the back and forth because these ladies rock!

My wife and I were very happy with the entertainment that One Of A Kind Children's Parties provided at our annual holiday party for my small business employees and their children. The different activity stations that were set up were fun and exciting for all the children. We really enjoyed watching the music and movement activities as well. It was a great success.

I hired One Of A Kind Children's Parties for my twin boy's birthday party and I couldn't be happier. I ended up choosing their pirate theme because it sounded really fun and inclusive to both girls and boys. Stephanie and Ashley were super stars with the kids. They had all kinds of teacher techniques that they utilized to keep the kids engaged and calm. I was amazed at how interactive their party was and how mesmerized the children were. I have to say the 30 minutes prior to their arrival was loud and overwhelming. However, when the girls arrived they not only brought the volume of the room down quickly but they had all 18 little ones busy and happy. I give this star team two thumbs up!

Stephanie and Kristen hosted my daughter's dance party and my husband and I were beyond happy with the party. These girls are quite the team and man do they ever have energy! They were extremely organized, professional and really able to relate to all of the children. Within the first 10 minutes of the party they were addressing each child by their first name. The dance routine they taught was so much fun and so well executed. My jaw dropped when they were even able to get my 10 year old son to participate. Now that is magic! We would more than recommend this company. However, we learned from our experience last year that you have to book early because they book up quickly. We orginally wanted them to host our daughter Keira's party last year but they were booked up! Well done ladies. We will be booking you again next year for sure. Cheers!

The dance routine you taught our children to perform for Dr. E. and for their families brought tears to many of the adults in the room. So many comments on how happy parents were to see their child engaged in the programming. We were so thankful for your ability to “read” the children and give them a break when they seemed they needed to rest and to also think quick on your feet for something less active to do in that time (pass the microphone.) Our son's 3rd birthday couldn't have been better. One Of A Kind Children's Parties were put to the test when they entered my house filled with 15 energetic and sugar-filled 3 year old boys. Stephanie and Ashley hosted my son's 2nd party. They set up a variety of stations for the children to explore and engage in which worked fantastic. There was candy kabobs, crafts, sensory bins, temporary tattoos! We had a large group of kids ranging in age and there was definitely something for everyone. I can't get over how organized and professional this team is. Ashley and Stephanie even learnt every single child's name in a matter of minutes. We had Stephanie and her team host my daughter Victoria's dance party a couple of weekends ago and it was outstanding. My husband and I could not wait to get on here and contribute to the many, many other fabulous reviews of this company. We had a large group of kids present (26 boys and girls) and Stephanie and learned every single child's name within the first 20 minutes of the party. It was so impressive. All the parents were amazed with her professionalism and her genuine interest in all of the children. Stephanie and her partner kept the children engaged for the entire 1.5 hours of fun. Her energy level was high and she was smiling and absorbed in her work with the kids every second. What really stood out to me and my husband was how well she was able to manage and redirect inappropriate behaviour in such a respectful way. We felt so happy to have an experienced teacher hosting such a large group of kids. We have used other entertainment companies in the past prior to stumbling across one-of-a-kind and the quality of their parties does not compare to what we received with Stephanie. Other parents who stayed also testified to this. We will be utilizing their services again in the future and we too highly recommend this company.

We had Stephanie and her team host my daughter's fabulous dance star party this past weekend and the entire party exceeded our expectations. We hired them based on their many exceptional reviews on this site and we already had high expectations based on how many great reviews they had. We did not anticipate being as blown away as we were with Samantha's party. Stephanie was extremely professional and personable. She managed to learn all of the kids name in the first 15 minutes of the party. (And let me mention there were 25 kids present) All of the parents were so impressed and you could tell it made the children feel special. In addition, she managed to keep each and every one of those children engaged. She had lots of energy, guided any misbehaviour in a manner that was truly respectful to the kids and she took a genuine interest in personalizing the party to my daughter's interest and personality. All in all we feel honoured to be adding our experiences to this review section and we will be using their services again (hopefully many more times) in the future.

I hired one-of-a-kind parties for my son's third birthday. Ashley was amazing--she incorporated songs and games and crafts and kept all of the boys happy and interested the entire time. What I loved about working with this company is that they are true professionals, working with every detail of your particular party situation. Not only myself but my husband and close friend which is also a mother all thought the same, that Ashley did an amazing job with the kids, controlling them, on time with everything and keeping them entertained the whole time non stop. All I did was sit back and take photos. I felt like the girls had an amazing time and I asked Savannah today so what did your friends have to say about your party? She said they told her it rocked , was the coolest.Even my friends said from all the party's she attended even the $500.00 party at St. Jacobs, Savannah's party with Ashley was the best.We have already given out all the business cards that Ashley left us :) We are really looking forward to the CD and I'm sure you will be hearing from some of our friends. I hired One of a kind to host my daughter's pirate party. This was my first time ever hiring an outside company to do this type of thing so I was feeling nervous. When Stephanie arrived (quite decked out in her pirate accessories) it was like an angel entered into the room. The kids stopped screaming and running around and were immediately lured into her activities. There were 13 children ranging from 2 to 9 years old and she managed to keep every single one of them engaged. All of the parents were impressed. Stephanie was able to manage some very disruptive behaviour as well in a kind and professional manner and it was really evident that she is an experienced teacher because she had the children eating out of the palm of her hand. Her games and activities were so simple but creative and she was able to adapt the games to suit the group. My husband and I were so thoroughly happy that I actually took the time to write this review. Kudos Stephanie! We can't wait to work with you again for our son's upcoming party in May.

My daughter had a diva dance party for her 8th bday last year and it was such a hit! Everything about the party was right up her alley. The dancing, the music, the make up the fashion show etc... The party consisted of girls/boys some very young and some a little older. Each and every one of the children had a blast! Kristen kept them all entertained and intrigued which was remarkable given their age differences. The performance was such fun for the adults to watch and the fashion was hillarious. My daughter asked to have a diva party this year and I was skeptical to follow through with it because I am normally the one to create and host her parties. The thing is- I had no clue how to execute a diva party and I didnt think her friends would want her mother hosting it. I ended up choosing One Of A Kind Children's Parties after calling around and doing my research and I do not regret my decision. Stephanie went above and beyond the expectations I had. She was a true diva herself and she even had some great ways to teach the girls self worth and respect when the girls were getting caddy with each other. The fashion show was a hit. All of the girls were made to feel special and the energy was on high from the minute she started until the end. My daughter is already asking for her to come back next year. After calling about 10 party companies in the GTA I knew immediately upon speaking with Stephanie that I would be in good hands with her company. She was extremely passionate and professional and I felt confident that I would receive impeccable service. We had "snow white" host my daughter Clare's party and it was magical. I am the worse at following up and writing testimonials but after my son's amazing super hero party and all of the praise my friends and family were giving me thanks to One Of A Kind Children's Parties I made time. I had about 16 children attend my son's party and before the girls arrived they were out of control and full of sugar. As soon as they got to my place- they took over! I wanted to let Stephanie and Kristen know that we loved having Kristen host Deborah's birthday. She was full of energy, related really well with the kids and did a great job creating age appropriate dance moves. The kids loved dressing up and posing in their outfits. The rings for the girls at the end was a really nice touch and the gift for Deborah was an unexpected wow! It was the first time I have ever booked a party purely by doing a search on the internet. As you could probably tell I was a bit nervous about it (# of emails) - but it went over so smoothly. I was still a little apprehensive about having a group of preschoolers (including some pretty fiery characters!) to come around to our house for a party. So I booked Stephanie to come and do a princess (and princes) party, and I am very happy that we did! She bought beautiful costumes, fun games and prizes and had the kids all in her spell. My daughter's face when she saw Snow White was an absolute picture. She had a great time, and so did I! I actually got to watch her and her friends enjoy it too. All the mums were saying how they could not believe how calm and entranced their little two / three year old boys & girls were! As a mum, and teacher of young kids, I thoroughly recommend One of a Kind parties. Thank you so much Stephanie!

My son loved his sensory party. What a unique party theme to offer- not to mention age appropriate for a group of 2 year olds. Stephanie came prepared with 14 individual sensory bins filled with a variety of sensory experiences like water, sand, jello, feathers and more. All of the kids moved from bin to bin playing and having fun. They literally were in their element. I have never seen 10 two year old children so quiet and busy! Thanks again. Hi there! I wanted to leave a quick note to thank One-Of-A-Kind Children's Parties for hosting such a fun and creative arts and crafts party. The Little Picasso option suited my son perfectly since he loves to paint and draw. Thank you for helping me decide on a craft as well. The painting stations gave all the children variety and they were kept entertained the entire hour! Stephanie and Ashley were patient and enthusiastic too and all of the art projects looked great. The kids were proud for sure of their creations.

I was impressed with how engaging and exciting my daughter's diva party was. The girls were given the real diva experience and they were all having a blast. They loved the karaoke machine and the funky accessories. It has been a couple of weeks since my daughter's party and her and her friends are still talking about it!
