I had my son's party here a few weeks ago and was pretty disappointed by the lack of customer service. As well, the lady that was there didn't really seem like she wanted to be there and was not very pleasant to the kids. I felt like we were kind of being watched and about to do something wrong. I don't know just didn’t get a very nice vibe from the place.
