We Got Game!

Very unhappy with experience with this company. Players be very clear and informed!, August 25, 2011

We have had dealings with this company for nearly a year. I have two teenage sons that are very involved with gaming and are advanced players. I feel that parents and members considering competing in upcoming tournaments need to be very clear with the rules, and the LAN owners ability to challenge wins, order replays and change the rules that are explained to the players.

This is a cost that some parents like myself may have their teens pay for out of their own money and savings. I feel it necessary to warn parents and or players that are considering playing with this establishment in tournaments that things may not go in favour for the winning team and rules can be confused and changed at last minute. This leaves players to walk away very upset and disappointed, not to mention leaving without any winnings.

I feel this company would benefit having a person in charge whose job is only to oversee all games and tournaments so discrepancies can be avoided and in doing so would leave players walking away without feeling cheated or upset.
