Agree with previous reviewer – totally totalitarian attitudes of the management toward the parents. “Playground†is tiny fenced part of the parking lot, no shade at all. Kids are leaving the daycare to school having no even basic English. Staff mostly does not speak English. Educational process is mostly in Russian. Be prepared to yearly stiff increase in payments with no negation or warning. On the positive side - Good food. Decent facilities.
