Amazon Indoor Playground- Downtown

While I'm sure this play center was ok when it first opened, it is quite run down now. It's not great for toddlers at all. The climbing structure is unsafe with many large gaps and far falls. Its very hard for a parent to accompany their child on it as well. Everything feels very dirty, worn and dingy. There are rips in the mats and broken toys. In the summer there is no air conditioning so it's incredibly uncomfortable. Given that this is the closest play center to me I would love to see it fixed up, cleaned and maintained.

Super Fun! Super Friendly! Super Clean!

This place has it all!

This gem in Hillcrest is an incredible asset to our community. Really great parties, programs, and camps. A one stop place for parent's and kids. If you haven't been here for a few years you should really give it a try. There are new owners that REALLY care about the community. It is so nice to have a business that is truly dedicated to this community (and really to all surrounding areas).

I booked my 6 year olds party at Amazon expecting the same sort of service and atmosphere I had seen at other indoor playgrounds. But this place was completely different. Not only was the facility amazing for the kids, there was also comfy seating and room for the adults. The atmosphere felt like I was having my party at home. Everybody was comfy and having an incredible time.

I was also surprised that ALL of the kids had a magnificent time. The 1 years olds seemed to enjoy it as much as the 8 year olds. They have definitely found a rare balance to please everyone.

Definitely hands down the best facility and quality of service around.
