CHILDREN’S MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM
Our program for children includes both Karate and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). All students begin at white belt and the curriculum has requirements of both Karate and BJJ at each level. The emphasis of our program is self defense. Karate is self defense standing up, utilizing your hands and feet equally and BJJ is self defense on the ground. Each week we work on a different aspect of the curriculum.
The children’s program includes 2 classes per week.
Our Martial Arts program for children includes age appropriate Street Proofing, and an Anti-Bullying Program.
ADULT MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM
Our program for adults includes both Karate and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). All students begin at white belt and the curriculum has requirements of both Karate and BJJ at each level. The emphasis of our program is self defense. Karate is self defense standing up, utilizing your hands and feet equally and BJJ is self defense on the ground. Each week we work on a different aspect of the curriculum.
The adult’s program includes 3 Karate classes and 2 BJJ classes per week.
KIDS KARATE CAMPS
When school is out don’t be bored at home come to Kids Karate Camp. Join us for one day or the whole week. Each day starts off with a 2 hour karate class. We play games, go on day trips, swimming, watch movies and more. Sounds fun?
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Members may celebrate their birthday at The Etobicoke Dojo. Invite your friends and family to come party dojo style. They can experience a Martial Arts class, play games, eat pizza and cake, and you can open your gifts. All in an action packed 2 hours, and your parents do not have to bring a thing.
Party Length 2 hours
- Saturdays after 4:00 pm or Sunday afternoons
Martial Arts Class: 45-60 mins.
